Yes, we provide bed trays for water bottles and snacks. Please make sure all food and drinks will not stain or damage any of our party items. If any of the materials need to be replaced for this reason, you would be responsible for a replacement cost.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not provide sleeping pillows with our teepee setups. We recommend guest bringing their own pillows to ensure maximum comfort and personal preference.

We take hygiene and cleanliness very seriously to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for every guest. Here’s how we maintain our equipment.

Bedding and Linens: All sheets, blankets, pillowcases, and mattress covers are laundered after every party use with hypoallergenic, fragrance-free detergent. No bedding is ever used between parties without washing.

Tee Pees and mattresses: Tee Pee covers and mattresses are spot cleaned and sanitized after each use. We use child safe disinfectant spray and wipe down all high touch areas.

Decor and accessories: Decorative items like cushions, trays, and fairy lights are disinfected or wiped down after each event, plush items, like pillows or stuffed decor, are either sanitized or rotated to allow proper airing between uses.

Storage: All items are stored in clean, sealed containers in a climate controlled environment to prevent dust, pests or odors.

Although we are huge animal lovers for the health and safety of our staff and guests, we kindly ask that no pets be present in the party or setup area. Thank you for your understanding and support.
