We proudly serve Lawrence KS and surrounding areas.
But please note we do have a traveling fee outside of Lawrence KS
Do We deliver ?
Yes!! We deliver Balloons and all of our other services we offer free delivery is included as well!
Our delivery is free within Lawrence city limits and 5$ for every mile outside of Lawrence City limits.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Please book as soon as possible! We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advanced. custom theme or personalization may need longer booking time.
How long does it take to set up and break down?
Set up and breakdown usually takes 1-2 hours depending on the event.
Do I stay and host the party ?
No but we provide all the necessary services for your event so please keep in mind while booking any of our services that we do not remain on-site to host the party or our equipment.
Can we do custom themes?
Yes!! We offer personalized theme options to ensure your event is exactly as you envisioned. Please note that it will come at an additional cost and may need longer booking time.
Is there a deposit ?
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total invoice is retained for all event bookings.
What is the cancelation policy ?
For cancelations made 72 hrs in advance, event may be transferred to another available date, within a year from the scheduled event date. If not cancelled within the 72 hours, the 50% deposit and all progress payments shall be forfeited.

Safety Policies
Setup Safety
All rental items and equipment are assembled and inspected by trained staff to ensure structural stability. Clients are expected to use rental items only for their intended purpose and in a safe responsible manner.
Supervision
Children should be supervised at all times when using rental items, especially interactive or climbable items. Certain rentals may have age or weight restrictions, which will be communicated in advance, and must be adhered to.
Cleanliness Policies
Sanitization
All rental items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each use.
Inspection
Each item is inspected for cleanliness damage or wear before delivered damage or worn items are removed from our inventory immediately.
